that will NEVER happen. that would make the game far to easy because higher levels could just give their resources to the lower levels. people have suggested this over and over again. It won't happen.

I'm not really for or against this idea, but I could possibly work if everyone could only request once or twice a day, and have a separate part of the clan castle (not the war loot) hold the donated resources. Supercell could make it so that the clan castle needs to be upgraded to increase how much donated resources it can hold, so very low level players could get like 5,000 combined a day, and a town hall 10 could get something like 200,000 combined a day, plus some dark elixir (I'm not a TH10, so this amount probably isn't accurate).
