Use builders to clear up obstacles on enemy base

Thought it would be cool if after 3 starring a base you could send in available builders to clear up obstacles. Special reward at random..if all obstacles are cleared in remaining time..(special obstacles exempt....xmas trees, headstones etc).

First off this is just your way of trying to take gems from people and if this is added I was the abilitiy to endlessly revenge someone because if you destroy the forest im building I want to raid you till you quit the game.
