there really is no way to fix global, becuase it is user moderated the bans are automatic after the threshold of reports has been reached. The sheer volume of users makes it impossible for SC to moderate it live. Sorry your global chat got cut short, but in the long run moving to the forum to chat will pay off, it's not only a place to chat but here you can find advice, clans, silliness and most importantly, cat pics.
