Increase the time it takes to train a barb king or archer queen to lvl 1

I hope they are working on a new shield system. This could be the reason for the delay because they can only see the effects of the economy changes in the last update since Jan 7th.
I hope it is not th11 because this would end up really bad.
Also could something like repeatable quests and some other stuff.

Yeah me too, havent had an update worth complaining about recently
