Being completely honest here. You've come across looking as someone seeking an arguement. The OP's idea was bad. Sorry, but that's the reality.

It ceased being about the OP's idea a long time ago and became rather an exercise in back slapping amongst holier than thou forum elites. Which I see continues. Everyone is obviously welcome to their opinions, but to suggest this forum doesn't have some serious confirmation bias going on is to be blind. You guys are the clashing experts. Got it. Moving on.

No, we actually tried to help you but then you started being a jerk about it because, as he points out, you were more looking for a fight if anyone dared not agree with you. And so you found one. it was not the forum against you, it was the people you started picking a fight with against you. Nobody is holy here. we have all had to have the group disagree with us from time to time and have had to be mature and gracious about it. You on the other hand were not.
