Permanent ban? That means this isn't the first time.

No one is banned for no reason. They either had innappropriate war bases or an innaproppriate clan desc (In that case all co's are banned). Someone had to provide evidence.

Good grief, the whiners are out in force today. You don't get that kind of ban without a human being laying eyes on something and agreeing a ban needs to happen. Follow the rules you agreed to follow when starting the game and this stuff won't happen.

I'm not saying they used exploits (you brought up the topic), but there's no way that you know they don't. When you're talking about another person across the internet, you would have no idea what's going on on the other end.

Whatever the reason for the permanent ban, they were notified in the ban message and it'll be up to them to handle it with support. You can't advocate on their behalf any more than you can testify for them.

There are an awful lot of ban complaints on here as of late, none of them permanent.

Looks rather likely that your clannie is either a serious, or serial offender.

My guess would be something concerning gems. Lots of game related things tend to go unpunished, but mess with the money, you get slapped.

1 of them play coc 15-20 hour a day and do 600-700 atack in 2 weeks.the result is waste of labour

Hello,

Your best (and only) option would be guiding your 5 clanmates to contacting SC support directly. Support usually lets you know in detail what the ban was for.
