Max out valks at TH9?

They are pretty useful at L4, but really only for war purposes. If you're doing fine in war with no problems, then screw them. But if there's just something that isn't working and you need a different brand-new strategy, valks will most likely be your answer. Currently upgrading mine to 3 at the moment, will go to 4 after hounds hit 2 (which is after valks hit 3).

WiValk is actually a good army for war and pushing. Like 12-14 Valks,2-4 WB, rest wiz. I like 2 heal and 2 rage, even though you could mix in a jump if you wanted. I am a TH9. So, yes I would max them if I were you.

IMO, if you're gonna stick around at TH9 and max out everything including lavas and heroes you might as well. I've seen valk comps tear up bases in war so if you war a lot its definitely something to consider. If you have absolutely no interest then just spend em on Heroes seeing as those have a higher ROI.

Valks lvl1 are great if you are farming with giants. They reduce your training time by using barracks and dark barracks at the same time and make your army stronger.
If you upgrade them they will cost too much dark elixir and you will ruin them for farming completely. 5 times 70 dark elixir is OK. 7 times 160 is not because you will loose dark elixir with every attack.

I really like viz when i started using valks. Usually the jump was more beneficial in consistently getting into the core. However i never saw it as a 3 star strategy without epic heroes. A golem or two in viz can work wonders in better securing a 2 star. But for me with my sub lvl10 heroes im having amazing 3 star success with hova gowiwi.

if youre going to use valks for farming 4-6 is enough, usually spared unless youre facing a tougher base where valks are needed, in which case you usually make back that de. But ya that cost is rediculous, kinda why I'm staying with lvl3 valks currently. Theyre strong, but they're not completely breaking the bank.

This.. Imo, all th9 who are war mongers should have valks in their arsenal. Hogs, valks, and witches all max at th9 which gives you a better advantage over your own th lvl which is nice.
