I'm off work today and there is no way Supercell would be that nice to me. I go back to work tomorrow so the update will come out tomorrow.... Final Answer
Personally it doesn't bother me when they do it as I am th9, and about a month away from maxing so have no intension of doing th10 just yet and looking forward to better loot hopefully

yea it usually is on a tuesday. im in japan and it it usually about 11pm here when the updates occur which would be about 10am those in the states on the east coast. And like the last update they didnt put everything out b4 they did the update
