Even if we assume it's a valid screenshot (without a time of attack on the top attack), as I said earlier today, it's not uncommon to get attacked by the same person. I'm closing this as there is not much more to add to this - the screenshot shows two attacks from the same player 12+ hours apart. Not a h@ck, part of the game at times.
