You get a 12 hour shield for being 40-89% destroyed.
16 hour shield for being 90+%.

Basically lets say this

Midnight he attacks you. gets 50% 12 hour shield
You are not on for when he attacks again at 12:05 PM
Seems perfectly legit doesnt it?

With that 2nd picture the guy in the middle DIDNT give you a shield. If you dont get a shield this happens:

attack 3
attack 4 yay shield

You obviously can't read. So let me break it down to you. Between the attacks by BarOn123's first and second truly happen minutes apart, NOT 12hrs as shown in the first screenshot. The times captured by coc in between attacks are incorrect. The second screenshot shows the exact problem.

Somehow, when these perps from both screenshots were able to sneak in multiple attacks back to back minutes from each other, incorrectly time stamping each of those battles AND prevented any shield from coming up after the first attack. For your information, I WAS NoT afk for 12 hours in between the battle. Check out my 3rd screenshot. Like I said, after the first attack, when I checked what had transpired after the first attack is when I noticed the guy pulled off a "2 for 1" battle. Not sure how he did this, but I call shenanigans.

I can't read the 2nd screen-shot. It too small, and it doesn't zoom for some reason.

So, if the OP's problem is that it wasn't actually 12 hours, it was a few minutes...then SC should have a log of when, or if there was indeed 12 hours between. It'll no doubt take weeks, and I can't see what can be done as a result if it was a glitch, but you may get an apology.

The other (more likely) possibility if the attacks were less than 12 hours apart is that the shield was broken (you went off and attacked in the mean-time), or a shield wasn't granted the first time.

Why do you keep saying they were minutes apart? Is this when you got the two notifications perhaps? Those times on the battle log are populated from the server, that is when the attacks happen.

It is not uncommon to get attacked by the same people, whether 12 hours apart or if you win the defense, 20 minutes apart (if they happen to rebuild troops that quick). I have 4-5 people in my battle log the same (one back to back), and one 3 times and have attacked many of the same people multiple times.

As you get higher into the trophy range, matchable opponents get less and less. Maybe due to playing cycles, you are logging out roughly when he is searching for players to match, or maybe he hits next 1000 times to find just you, I don't know, but since those weren't revenge attacks, he found you through normal matchmaking. Maybe you have a base suited for his attack style, or presented a lot of resources (although he didn't get many) or had your TH outside where he wanted easy trophies, I don't know.

i just want to say that the 2 attacks on your base and getting only 10,000 resources each is really pathetic from the other person. haha. she/he spent a rack of elixir on attacking you but she/he made no profit.

indeed the profits are indeed quite poor..DE aside..though even that isn't over 1000, so it isn't anything to shout about really.
Although I've never played at that trophy range (so I don't know how hard a decent number of trophies are to come accross), I preseume the main purpose was trophies...the OP lost 7..which went to the attacker.

I think it might also be worth noting that there's 100 unread messages in the clan chat...must be a fairly active clan for a few mins break.
