Don't this place feel like home? Though I've brought you back where we started as elders, we may not be leaving as elders after this discussion.
As you all know the platoon system is to be implemented soon. There's going to be 4 platoons with members from similar time zones. Each platoon has a Platoon Commander and a Platoon Sergeant. Those who take on these leadership roles will be recognised by having an elder rank.
We currently have 11 elders. 4 platoons require a total of 8 leaders. Do we demote 3 elders and forever maintain an elder population of 8? Or do we increase the no. of platoons to 5? Or do we adopt Kip's idea about having "Law Enforcement" elders and "Policy Making" elders so that there are more elders?
Our clan either runs on a military/corporate regime or a more flexible but less organised and less professional governing system.
Voice your honest opinions.
Even though I'm no longer a member, I think Leo's platoon system idea should be given a chance. This system should produce 2 elders in different time zones which should be enough. If you find lack of coverage in a particular time zone, another elder could be assigned
