Okay so ik am not really doing this platoon thing but i just have a little idea. Maybe you guys could do the game for just one week to see if it works and stuff. Then if its all good you guys can keep doing it now here's the twist. Each time the competition is only ONE week keeps it short and platoon members would have to be on actively even more and work harder. Also with such a short amount of time after each time you guys could switch up your teams so that it stays exiting from when you start till the end and then you would again switch teams and on. Also you would learn how competitive and active ppl are to help there team win so eventually probably third time you could try to match teams evenly. There's a bunch more why one week would be great and all.. well just an idea

Yo angel thanks for the idea. Sounds like a schoolyard soccer game. Lol. We probably won't be switching teams. It's not about winning its just getting to know the platoon well so its up close and personal interaction.

I do think that 1 league season is good for the first trial. After we see how it works we can extend the time. We can also have more platoons and switch out platoon leaders so everyone gets turns leading. More to come GTG.

I agree, Fish. We can switch out leaders. But these leaders have to be qualified.

3. Farming know-how

Platoon trail starts Monday. Leaders will encourage base development through farming technique:
- farming base layout
- recommendation of suitable trophy level
- recommendation of troops used for farming

Leaders will also be monitoring activity:
- donations
- responsiveness to suggestions

Since none of the short listed players have responded, except Samkohler, we shall simply proceed but prolonged inactivity and unresponsiveness will lead to inquiry.

I think that not only donations and response to suggestions but also upgrades and experience gained in levels. I have been having intermittent Internet problems this week which should be taken care of within the next week. If there is no problems tonight, I will be on and will try to do some work on this platoon deal. Sorry I haven't really done much this week except post right here.

We had some discussion about Facebook. Too many people don't have it. Still, it may get more traffic than the forum.

People have to make the choice to read it if they want. Everyone in the clan knows about the forum and has been told to check it out. They are making the choice not to come and have a look, so I don't think that Facebook will help at all.
