Ok Leo. Lets do this! Some competition within the clan will definatly add some more excitement to the clan and it would get us more familiar with the different players in our group. We cannot base it on trophy count so it is a good idea to base it on leveling up and troop donations. 4 weeks for a time frame sounds good. I think we need to get a head count on those that are in on this idea first. Maybe grav can send out a message to all members to post on forum wether in or out. How about 2 elders and maybe 5 – 8 members/ team. The elders being the platoon commanders. The teams should start out somewhat even as far as levels go. I will probably have more later.

As a suggestion to everyone with Teslas, when you upgrade them put them outside your walls, when you leave them inside it gives attackers a location where they can eliminate the threat of a tesla, as well as indicating based on the process of elimination where the rest are.

it is a good point about the Teslas. I will sometimes upgrade one in the spot so attacker thinks there is a tesla in each of my tesla like locations but i may really have the other 3 around my TH.
Howevever, some players may not know it is visible during upgrade.

Go for it! Make sure participants volunteer as this is not a requirement at this time.

Exactly fish, we get to know the players better in these platoons. Alright now I'm pretty sure you n I are platoon commanders. How do we choose our platoons. Also, I'm wondering if anyone else would like to be a platoon commander so there are 3-4 platoons.

Grav said voluntary. Why not we simply choose 3-5 members each and then ask them personally if they're ok with participating. Fish perhaps we should choose members with seemingly low activity/donations. See if this system helps them improve or helps us understand why they're inactive.

Choose your members then post on forum. Fish you and I will simply update each other on the forum when our teams are formed up with 3-5 ppl under us then we shall start the trail.

I recommend these 13 players for trail where we can start working with them. They have low donations and some even have high received troops. Maybe they have problems farming or they're simply inactive.

Fish why don't you approach the top 6 till BBC and I approach the rest. See if theyre responsive enough to even reject the participation request. If no response means inactive. We aim to start in the new season this coming monday. Keep me updated on who have responded on your side. Try to get them to read forums to know whats this about.

Sounds good to me. I haven't been on much this week so sorry about length of time to respond. Work is keeping me busy. I will try to get a hold of some of these people. Also, I'm not sure if 4 weeks is a good time frame, it may be to long for a trial run. And because this is only a trial run I think only 2 platoons is good. 2 elders/platoon and involve as many on your list as possible. Platoons cannot donate to each other but can donate to non players in this little game. And non players can donate to any platoon.

Fish I think everyone should donate as per normal whether platoon or not.

Objective of platoon system:
1) up close personal relationship with platooon members

We try to guide them for better farming n upgrading and more donations

2) competition
We do compete in donations but once we are forbidden to donate to each others' platoons then the objective of being in Clan Gravenites is overwritten. We also compete in base design and farming for upgrades.

So you wanna do this for 2 weeks fishy?
