    3 emails to support no response

    So I got banned a week ago for 2 days. Justified. Logged back in after ban, changed the inappropriate base, and was then re-banned about an hour later for 7 days for I'm guessing the same base that I deleted as soon as I could log back in. Have sent 3 emails to support and have got the robo-reply but still haven't received any actual email from support...

    Anyone know of a different email or way to contact them I believe I got spam reported by a opposing clan at war and my fear is supercell is just banning me as the reports come in. The next ban could be permanent, which is based solely off of one violation that was taken down as soon as I could...

    Just doesn't seem right to me

    We all know that Supercell's support is one of the worest of all. It's kinda pathetic that a company that earns as much as Supercell cannot hire some supporters to handle the requests of their customers! They always say that they try to keep the company small, but this strategy is just inappropriate for a comunity that big!
    I have heared from cases like yours before and I think it's no surprise that no Supercell official says something about this strategy of not letting player change their mistakes before the next ban, because they know that something has to be changed, but did something change?
    I guess you should wait for about one moth for a reply if you get no reply til then, something is really wrong if you get a reply before your second ban ends, consider yourself lucky!

    It is pretty ridiculous that they can't send a email back. However send a in game "request" and you get a response in a day or so. I doubt I'll get a response before this second ban is up. My concern is that the bans will just keep rolling in without them actually checking into the situation.
