It seems as though the inactives aren't as 'active.' I am having a hard time seeing much of anyone that is inactive with full storages within the past week or two. Anyone else seeing this?

Boost all your barracks, heros, spell factory and watch the in actives come alive.
They adjusted it a long time ago to highly increase the chances only when boosting.
You considered some of the inactives may have become active again?

Of course I have. When you play as often as I do, you get a feel for how many inactives you see any a given time for a specific trophy level. Yes, the numbers will change, but there seem to be less inactives lately.
Have you considered not being condescending? A simple yes or no was all that is required.
