Supercell not fair to anyone least of all paying players

Did SC physically forced you to spend that amount of money? I doubt that.

In regards to being attacked by army much stronger than your defense - we've all been there and done that. Be patient, upgrade defense and be smart about your base design/ defense strategy.

Need any tips, feel free to PM me. Even pre-mature bases could rock (to a certain degree).

man, I want to say you spent too much... I spent zero penny on it and lost 20 or more defense in a roll. I have town center level 7 and I am proud of my defense: I had 62% lose to a guy who used 30 level 6 giants, bar king and archer queen, 3 level 5 lightning and 20 level 5 wall breakers... just can not hold more crazy things however, I am still standing there, with 49% offense loss and 50% win... I am a tough guy, in real world and in cyber world

Try dropping trophies and dont forget levels are also dictated by donations and there are town hall modifiers to dissaude players from attacking others with a lower level town hall.

Think Supercell have it covered, you just need to examine and interrogate the game mechanics a bit more before you blow off on the forums.

I have read these same kind of complaints over and over again on the forums, people thinking how greedy SC is and so forth... So let me explain a bit how companies in SC's homeland work. This is of course simplified and there are exceptions to this to break the rule.

type 1. Companies who care about their customers. For these companies, every client is important. Service is handled personally and as fast as it is doable. Such companies often sell more expensive products or products that you can't really get everywhere. Customer lost is money lost and the odds that the bad news spread is a real risk. Examples are car dealers, small electronics shops and speciality shops for specific not-too-common hobbies.

type 2. Companies who really could not care less about YOU. A complaining customer is almost as important as a happy customer, both are more or less ignored. These companies usually have a product that you can get anywhere and isn't too expensive. For all they know, you might have just as well bought the product from their competition. Making a better product than the competition is a plus, but if you can get away with selling total ♥♥♥♥, go for it! Customer service is done slowly and randomly at best, perhaps outsourced to some cheaper country callservice. When a customer spends huge amounts of money to their product, sure, they are happy, but tomorrow is another day so your contribution means squat then. Examples of such companies include big supermarkets, big chain shops and... Well, not gonna point out finger to any single company, but you get my drift.

Take a guess where I spend my money rather? Yep, gotta sometimes buy the stuff from the supermarkets, too... And some gems to get BHs.

What ever level your at what ever amount of trophies you have you should not be able to attack 5 levels below you... PERIOD

So people like me who donate ALOT and have an artificially high level because of it should be punished by having to fight players much more advanced than themselves? And all the farmers in your clan will quit donating so their levels don't go up and then you will be crying that no one donates? Basing matching on level is really no more appropriate than basing it on trophies is, I don't see the big deal about losing a few defences but matching based on level is NOT the way to go.
