New iPhone 6+ and linking devices w/ higher TH lvls

Question for you smarter folks: I am upgrading my phone to the iPhone 6+ and want to link my GC account so I can play on the new phone. I currently have my GC account (and CoC base) linked on my old iPhone 5S and my iPad. I understand how to link the devices --- here's the question:

I'm TH10 and all the info I find on linking devices says to do it before TH4. I did search around for the answer but couldn't find anything helpful. Am I going to have issues linking my base to my new phone? If so, is there any way around this?

2) install CoC
3) play CoC as if you're playing on your ipad and ip5s

I'm a TH9 and was when I upgraded from my iPhone 5 to my iPhone 6+ back in October. All I did was log into gamecenter and open Clash. I got the "do you want to load Chief Braavosi's village" message, typed CONFIRM, and I was good to go.

I am not linked to any other devices though.

What it means is you have to do the new game (that you start when you load coc onto your new phone) before that game reaches th4 Doesnt make any difference what th your current game is at

The town hall 4 business only applies to the new village you need to create so as to transfer/recover your main account. It mainly occurs when a player has two different villages on different devices and suddenly decides to overwrite the one that's above TH4 with another one, then you'll get the TH4 notification.

If you just want to transfer to a new device, you don't need to worry about this. Log into that same Game Center on the new phone, download Clash (just don't take this new village to TH4) and you're good to go!

Just to add that you are confusing the linking of devices, which is between an iOS device and Android device, with the loading/playing of an already saved village.
