Try going to silver1-2 maybe. A lot of my TH8&9 clan mates have been finding amazing easy gold&elixir. Obviously not much DE tho.

I did a 2 hour boosting session last night and cleared over 3.5 mil of each in gold 3. Most of that was from inactive collectors. Time of day really has a lot to do with it. Usually I will go out for a few raids and test the waters to see if any inactives can be found. If so, I turn on the boosts. If not, I'll try some other time.

Loot is fine. I won't waste my time insulting you as it does noone any good.... If you can't hit storages then you really need to change your playstyle. Collector raids is not a viable way to raid.
I say again: HIT THE STORAGES....
