I'd say legit warriors. More thought into attacking. The later just spams.

Well by joining a clan that can provide that!!! if you join a farm clan and have CW 3,4 times per season you still get the experience! Also many elite farming clans gives their players the opportunity to push in their pushing seasons! This is where you get the experience of pushing as well!!! So if somebody wants to get experience from every aspect then the best thing to do in my opinion is to join an elite farming clan

Limitations of WarClan: you need to save elixir for continous wars hence you cant really farm or push thoroughly...

Limitations of Trophy Pushers: Although war layouts are strongly relative with those above 3200+ still you lose the aspect of farming and increasing your "profile" stats in terms of Gold Grab etc. (although you can be both a trophy pusher and an efficient warrior, as proven by some high level trophy clans who have 100+ war wins)

Limitations of farming clans: although your profile will drastically start to look better and your base as well, you lose the experience of war, this as a result has that whenever your farming clan decides to war it will be more difficult to get 2-3 stars which as a result can lead to multiple war losses...

"Better" is open to interpretation.

Success in farming/trophy pushing is linked to playtime, and you can't trust a war raid is legit these days for obvious reasons. So IMO its pointless to try and decide.
