If God is watching us, the least we can do is be entertaining.
They can't prove he uses auto touch so nothing will happen. Same with third party software that alters the game. They can't do anything about it unfortunately.
Agreed with Supercell having to have proof to take action on any player.
In terms of those user-compiled "top" lists in the forums, they can include/exclude anyone they want.

I compile the top player lost and spoken to several players about this.
i spoke to him originally when I came across him and asked how he did it. He said he had the donations in before the profile update. He DID NOT say he used the gob map. From this you can assume he is lying and using a 'illegal' method to do it.
if this was true, this would put him at about 50 levels ahead of sneaky. Back when he was the top levelled player.
if u check his clan page he has a picture of him around 240 back earlier in the year. And ever since he was discovered his friend in need achievement hasn't increased. It sits around 112k donations. Each level at 273 would require almost 50,000 donations. So u can tell its fishy already.
he actually posted once on the top level thread requesting to be removed as I think a lot of players where visiting him in clan and asking what he is doing. All the attention that he has been getting, he has actually stop leveling and not levelled for almost a month now. He didn't defend himself, he never said how he did it. Other than donating before profile update, he just simply asked to not be listed so he can go under the radar.
unfortunately sc can't detect these third party programs, but common sense says no human could do this goblin map snipe on auto loop with an aq. 10k snipes per level... On loop... Try doing this for 6 hrs straight, without faulting.nthen times that by 10.. U need to do that for 1 level.
Unfortunately this needs to be explained over and over again, if you dig through the top level list there are more detailed posts about dates and calculations etc to give more evidence to how it's not legit. I'd do it here but I'm on my phone, and I heaitaate to write too much as illegitimate methods are banned on the forum. And also player shaking is also banned. Makes any form of discussion on this topic fairly limited and vague.
unfortunately the top level list and hall of fame managed by scorch, we have to make educated decisions about what results are legit.
he has been reported to sc many times, but so far very generic 'we are doing something about this' responses have been received.

I suppose it depends what being a certain level means. If you are just trying to level up by repeatedly attacking goblin missions then it's really just a number - the competition is being the highest level player or reaching the max level first. A similar thing could be said of donating lots of troops.
However, if you think that the level should reflect experience, ie the number of upgrades done, achievement gained, Th's destroyed etc. and that tells you something about the player, then repeatedly attacking a low level goblin mission doesn't really tell you anything at all about their game play. Well it does - but not quite what the people organizing that thread were probably thinking.
People on these forums have certain values. Whilst not everyone would agree but maxing a base by farming is a high achievement and wins respect. Being an excellent attacker is respected.
I have no idea of how he is getting the XP and I am not going to speculate either. Just trying to answer your question

It's def a shady way to level up, but good Lord I can't imagine the sheer amount of time it would take to level up past a certain point lol....
I don't understand people like that honestly. I mean let's be honest, we all play the game for enjoyment and the feel of accomplishment, but that level of dedication baffles me because there is no real reward. The countless hrs lost in life doing that over and over and over and over lol....what's the point?
