Not a day would pass that my DE storage isn't light spelled LOL. It hurts real bad tbh.

OP - two things. Hmm, Ok, as I think about this, three things.

1/ There is a loot penalty if they have a higher TH than you. This is very significant if they are 2 levels+ above you. If they are just one level above you but are 3 starring you, your base is too weak...
2/ Perhaps it is you that is such a good player that you have risen in Trophies beyond your defensive capabilities - well done...but it might be time to find your natural level for a while.
3/ The problem might be your base layout and defensive capability.

I am an experienced TH9 with L6 troops but a solid TH7 can still defend against my farming army - I will get most but not all of their resources and with the loot penalty, if that is the case I won't bother - so THEY win! Of course, if I use PEKKAs or Dragons, its game over for them but that is the case with most players regardless of TH and players dropping trophies are probably not doing so in order to waste time and elixir on high powered troops.

RUSH with 4 fingers (iPhone) 6 fingers (iPad) will 100% even fully maxed TH7 bases.

So you have never stolen anything from a lower level town than yours? Well, if so, kudos for you but others will keep on attacking and looting where ever they can find loot. I don't drop trophies by dumping single unit and surrender but when emptying just the mines and pumps with few goblins, trophies tend to drop. And the levels are just an illusion, the shield color and number only count! So the odds are, you are fighting on folks in same league level or one higher/lower. Perhaps the problem isn't in the attacker but the defender. Make your place look too unattractive to the attackers and they will press next 99% of the time.

Dont make assumptions. I'd course I've tried to make my base look hard to attack... Shield colour and number are rubbish. They are the result of how many trophies you have... Which is my point . You can manipulate this if you are a ♥♥♥♥♥ and a coward.

Shield color+number being rubbish, agree but that's the way SC is steering the game. Coward to attack smaller... Call it what you will, I call it smart and the way the game is built.

Some people like the challange of pushing trophies and proving yourself, you CAN be #1536280th best player in the world (as nobody else cares). I prefer to sit back and take it slow, watch my fort to get darker and darker (and eventually go all red) and chat with my clannies while burning down not-too-well-built but rich villages.

My guess is that you have fairly high trophies for your defence levels. If you try to run with the big dogs before you are a big dog yourself expect to get hurt. I am a TH 7 with defences nearing max, and the last time my base got 3 starred was 11 days ago by 7 dragons 30 minions. And I almost always have over 1 mil of each resource in storage and often break shield to raid. Most of the people who farm at lower trophy levels are mostly looking for abandoned bases that have full collectors, but if you make yourself an easy target they will be happy to take your gold too.

League bonus is not worth it. IMO. SC should think about it...
