There is many disasters such as floods, volcanoes or raining that you must deal with:

-Flood you would need to just set a builder to remove the water taking 2 days and when the water is gone there is water plants or animals that you can get gems from

-Volcano that brings fire which is put out by water... this leaves ashes that can be used to convert to DE

-Rain could just be a usual thing that nothing really happens from but can rarely cause a flood

-Avalanche- Covers the entire area in snow and can be removed in 6 hours, but if not delt with turns to ice and the ice takes 1 day and 12 hours to clear and if not cleared troops can die by slipping or get injured.

No, I don't want all 3 builders busy,
also the Avalanche is way too op, any attacking troop will slip and die and defense will always win.

I don't like how we would have to take our builders away from work to repair this. What if all 5 are busy with upgrades? The volcano idea isn't bad as it doesn't cause any harm and gives you de but the others seem just a nuisance. Rain wouldn't be bad as it would spice things up and doesn't take builders away from work.

I have a feeling you are a th4-th6 where you don't need much effort to get loot and don't really care if your builders are working or not.

I think the requirement for IFR should be th7+, 200+ posts.

There shouldnt be a townhall requirement but there should at least be a post or time req
