normal attacks have 3 stars so it will only make sense if it stays 3 stars in war
4 stars is just too confusing. 3 stars - keep it simple.

I heard rumors, I can not say whether they are true, it would be like this:
1 star - 33% of destruction
2 stars - 66% of destruction
3 stars - 100% destruction
Not sure if, in war, the TH will be useless, maybe it could be worth a higher percentage than any other ..
I think a half star system would be easier for SC to implement, for example:
Destroy
25% Get half a star
50% Get an additional half a star (1 Star)
75% Get an additional half a star (1 and a Half Stars)
100% Get an additional half a star (2 Stars)
You still get 1 star for destroying a town hall and obviously wont get 100% without destroying it as well (3 Stars)
So if you destroy 90% of a base but not the town hall you get 1 and a half stars.
If you destroy 90% with the town hall you get 2 and a half stars.
You get 3 stars for destroying 100% (2 Stars) and the town hall (+1 star)
