I think the title is very confusing and might be throwing some people off. At least it did to me.
'Stacking' spells to me means deploying two rage/two heal/etc on top of each other and doubling the hitpoints/speed/heal increase.
'Queueing' spells to me means queueing them like troops. Aka, your idea
