well when clash came out multiplayer games on the mobile app stores were fairly new, so we never got to see the lifespan of any multiplayer games. We saw many games like pocket god and doodle jump come and go but they didnt have multiplayer aspects. Some other multiplayer games lived on long, like modern combat 3. People played until they shut down the servers, and now that are at modern combat 5. There is no new version of clash, so I see people playing for a very long time. It was designed to be a life sustaining game

It will outlast the cheap knock offs, that's for sure. Its death won't be the players leaving, it will be Supercell moving on.

Another thing I should add, is we will eventually run out of stuffs to do. We can't have 18m build prices and 30 day upgrades, and we can't keep moving stuff back. So we would need new content that isn't just buildings and lvls, like different game modes, besides farming, pushing or cws. Things like daily/weekly events, challenges, etc like in bb. Just things to keep end game players playing

Fully agree with you bro. We will need completely new content other than buildings, troops or level to keep the spirit of the game alive
