We need th11 to come out. Loot is pretty bad at th10 so the maxed out people and gemmers can get th11 and make the loot better for everyone else. Everyone wins maxed out th10 get new content and everyone else gets better loot.
AND I need better CC troops donated to me so hurry up and put out th11.
PS. Bunch of people will gem it and it will create millions/billions in profit for you supercell.

Town hall 11 is a pretty big update, if Supercell does add a Town hall 11 they would need to make upgrades for everything else. It would take a while for them to even finish the update.

If they make th11, Theyre Gonna have to make a bunch of balancing features I would think. My guess is that they are gonna have updates leading to th11 to prepare for it
