2200 is the best range
2200 to 2600 is where the TH10s in my clan usually farm. It seems to work for them since their builder are always busy.

Most of the TH10s in my clan move between 2200-2500 and have pretty good luck.

Depends on your farm style. I do mass arch and need masters for the loot bonus. If you are storage raiding, I'm guessing gold 1 to crystal 2 makes sense
I farmed in crystal (III to I) and was finding ok loot (150-200k). Been slowly climbing back up to champ and have found REALLLLY good loot in master I. Last six raids have all been 300k/300k/2,000+....and Id say on average between 30-40 next in between...which to me isn't bad at all!

I've heard predominantly good things about m3 and up.
I find loot to be the most consistent at 2600+ because of the league bonuses.
