A date that is posted next to the clan name (ex. "AaBb est. June 2014"). Also, when looking at the roster of the clan you can see how long clan members have been a part of the clan (ex. "Bob23 loyal member since August 2014"). Loyal, might be a questionable word for new members to the clan, so maybe clan members could earn that status after being an active member for a certain length of time, (month?).

The idea is okay, but it would not be good for many members of my clan, as we are always out and about, visiting other people's clans, and I doubt that any one of us would ever earn the title of loyal. Nice idea, though I can't support it as I would never see it get used.
