    How to follow up your tickets with support ?

    Previously, before the new support system, we used to check our tickets status by visiting this link

    https://gamesupport.supercell.net/hc/en-us/

    After the new support system is applied, i am not able to follow up my tickets using the above mentioned link.

    Any idea about it ? and how can i know the current status of my submitted tickets (open/awaiting your reply/closed) ?

    This case is important ! If anyone here knows how to follow a ticket status, please let me know.
    Or if any mod knows about it also that would be helpful.

    Second day asking and this thread is always disappearing.

    If this is not possible after the new support system please let me know, and if it is possible i want to know how.

    Seriously !!! 3 days and not a single reply !!!
    This forum is getting really bad and not moderated, more than 70% of the threads here are the same ( village lost, or reporting his town hall 5 friend for having 1200 gem and he believe he ♥♥♥♥ed the game )

    I asked a very important question, and for 3 days, not a single mod/admin bothered to give it a look to help me in a new never mentioned case and it is beneficial for everyone that contacted support.

    Honestly, those are clear signs that SC is dumping COC and you can notice that by mods high activity on BB forums.

    Hello,

    As far as I understand, as long as you open the "Contact Us" box and your message is still there, it means your case is still open and someone will reply to you asap. When they reply to you, if you tap on "accept solution", the case is closed and the message is archived, meaning you won't see it anymore.

    To be honest they are very useless and will just copy and paste some pre-written message, so what's the issue in sure a forumer can give a better and more in depth reply?
    Probably a higher level, a higher Townhall, better walls and better heros.
