Gold worth more then Elixir!

Ok, I've tested it yet have no screenshots due to no USB cable.

Gold IS Worth more then Elixir!

Example from Last Night:

Gold Storage total = 1,000,000 Gold Approx.
Elixir Storage total = 5,000,000 Elixir Approx.
Dark Elixir Storage total = 24,500 DE Approx.

Attacked:

Snipe (-9 trophies) by a Level 60 Town Hall 7

Available loot:
146,599 Gold Available- 14.6% Loot Available
314,516 Elixir Available- 15.89% Loot Available
1,479 DE available- 16.56% Loot Available

So really why? Elixir is 3 times as much as Gold whilst I have 5 times as much in my storages.

There is a cap on the maximum amount someone can steal from you. As the resources on your base increase, the available loot increases less rapidly.
So if you had 5mil gold on base then Available gold would have been the same as Available elixir. Got me?

Gold and elixir are looted at exactly the same percentage and cap limit to each other at every TH level.
Start at 2/3 of the page down and learn about it yourself.

Any discrepancy in percentage, beyond having over the loot cap in storage, is due to a variance in what your collectors are offering. If you claim that this still isn't the case, then it's very convenient that you don't have a screenshot to back up your findings.

There is a cap. Also, it should be "than", not "then".

Yeah, man, theres a storage lootable cap. 14% up to 300k each for TH8, plus whatever you had in CC or collectors.

Your percentages are a little confusing, the gold one looks right, but the others are very wrong, I think you mean the loot available for Lix and DE was 1/15th and 1/16th of the total. They are quite obviously under 10%, but I didn't feel like breaking out the calculator.
