Bring back lower level elixir wall upgrades!

112m is a lot of gold, im not disagreeing with you there, but it can still be easily done. if you boost your barracks once or twice a day for maybe two weeks, you would probably get at least 7/8 of your walls done. I know what you are saying, but there isn't really a whole lot of reason you are giving for sc to change this. Like ive been saying this whole time, the economy was terrible when this feature was introduced. It's way better now, and i hope SC doesn't change it

I think the overwhelming majority of the TH8 population is reason enough to consider this, as they would be very in favor of it. Plus it wouldn't hurt the economy. It would just be an option (albeit not the most efficient option) for those players who really want to grind out progress on their skull walls.

Think of the situation with gay marriage. It doesn't affect anyone else, but it would mean a great deal to them to be able to marry. What's the big deal with it then?
(Not that I'm even remotely trying to compare the value of a feature of a simple phone app game to that of a movement for civil rights, but I'm just trying to illustrate the general concept that it helps TH8s w/o affecting others. That was just the first thing that came to mind)

What of those people who spent DAYS barching for the gold, the people who spent THOUSANDS gemming. I'm getting my walls to skulls now, and with back to back war I can get 10 walls a day and keep 4/5 of my builders busy. 100 billion people said no. So no. They added and removed this feature for a reason. Oh, and furthermore, it does affect the economy. How? You would be able to dump 500k into walls before logging off, what does this do? It means that TH8's, & TH9's would have less loot to raid. How does this not affect others or the economy??

First off, gay marriage has nothing to do with this. People out there are being ridiculed by others just because of the people they love. Honestly, some people would probably be offended that you said that. I'm not saying I am, but some may. Just please be a bit more mindful of touchy subjects.

Second off, it would ruin the economy again. It may just be an option, but it will affect other people. Th8's may have the option, and obviously, they will utilize the function. This will again ruin the economy again, because once th8's get 1 mil elixer, they will dump it into their walls. Then, when someone goes to raid them, they will only have MAYBE 100k elixer to raid, thus, making them not even worth the trouble. "Hey SC, you gave th8's the ability to buy THEIR walls with elixer, what about us th7's? We're being robbed, as we were once able to, so we should be again." Ok th7's, we'll triple the cost to upgrade your walls with elixer. At this point, it only costs 600k for one wall with elixer then. It just wouldn't be a good idea by SC, no matter how they try to justify it, it wouldn't work

Same as poster, max elixir and the collectors are piling up. I see what people are saying about economy and such, but I put a (full) storage on the outside of my base and all the douche th9-10's decide they want my dark too. I'm happy someone's getting a decent payday every day, but i would rather see my next set of defenses behind skulls than for them to continue to buffet line my elixir. Honestly the economy and such problems would persist at the town hall under wherever they decided to start allowing elixir walls, and I and all the other th8s just drew the short straw. Doesn't help me much for the next hundred skulls though.
