End.of.Time (War clan) || Looking for TH7 & TH8 (no rushed base)

I am from End.of.Time, a small normal clan with 10 people currently looking for more Th7/TH8 to join us in war.
I'm from Malaysia but the clan is international. Just speak english in clan chat. We been winning the last 10+ consecutively, looking for player who enjoy war over loot.

• Members TH range: TH6 to TH9

Requirement

• Th7 or TH8
• No rush base, good level of troops
• 1/3 ratio for donation is the minimum
• Attack twice per war and aim, if possible, 3 star attack. All out attack and no cost-saving troop. You lose elixir but gain Gold & DE.

Background

I joined this clan couple months ago and it was your everyday casual war clan. There is no war plan, no one care about it and the attack is terrible. I come from another clan that same as the current one. I decided to do something with this clan instead of looking another new clan. I "removed" the rushed base player and set up a facebook group to teach player how to attack. After that, everyone get motivated because they enjoy 3-starring the opponent and winning war. We been winning non-stop so far, but some player didn't go along with the clan direction. They attack for loot instead of star, when we are leading. Even though they are the long time player in the clan, we decided to remove these selfish player. We end up with 10 people now, and still kicking.

But the size is too small, I would like a 15 or 20 people in the clan. More people mean more dynamic in clan war.

We have 18 players now, need 2 more to start a 20 vs 20.

Our first war with new member was super close. It end up with draw. We almost lose at some point until a heroic TH8 dragon attack get 2 star over their TH9 bring us to draw!

After that draw, we had an easy war follow by a decent war which just ended today.
today war result is 44/45 vs enemy 41/45.

Maybe we push too hard, we have 25 people at one point and we lost the 2 wars. Too many newer player join in and hard to keep track of every attack

Now we down to 18, need 2 more to start a war. So far we manage to find few solid player who willing to learn to be a better attacker.
