Now, I know lots of people want the next town hall (TH 11) to be BLUE. This is because of the max walls being blue, I understand that. But, even so, me personally, I imagine the next town hall being green. When I think of electricity (which is what everybody thinks BLUE describes completely) I don't think of blue. I think of green. I think of ice when I see blue. This may not be the case with the Lvl 11 walls, but here's what I was thinking.

I don't have a picture of what I thought the town hall 11 should look like. I'll leave that to everyone else's imaginations (basically I didn't want to work on that picture). All of these new buildings that I have just shown work together in a sense that it balances everything out.
If supercell were indeed to add a Wall Level 12, I would advise they add a Wall Breaker Lvl.7. This way the walls won't be as OP. The max mortar that we have right now (Mortar Lvl.8) I think wouldn't be powerful enough to defend against future Town Hall 11 players, so if the town hall advances, the weapons need to advance as well. Seeing as the Archer Tower recently went to Lvl.13, I didn't see the point in making a 14. The cannon, however, needs another upgrade as well with the coming of the Town Hall 11. Also, this new wall level could also be essential for Town Hall 11.
As well as the above suggestions, I think the map needs an upgrade as well. If Supercell does make another Town Hall, this town hall will have more buildings, which would fill up the map more than it already is. If you look at current TH 10s, they're bases are cluttered, and some buildings are even about to the edges of the map. What I think, Supercell should add at least 25 more walls to take care of the fact that the transition from TH 9-10 didn't give you ANY walls, and an extra 25 walls to take care of the new structures that the player will get with Town hall 11. Then, I think the map should we made at least 5 tiles wider and longer, maybe more, but 5 seems like a good amount to start with.
Anyway, these have been my ideas that I have been sitting on for a while now. I hope you guys like them (and please don't hate on the fact that I like green over blue in Clash of Clans) and clash on!
