    Angry My acc is ♥♥♥♥ed!!!

    My Clash of Clans account is being HA♥Ked somehow. They cancel my upgrades, waste resources and gems, leave my clan, and mess up my base. I talked to Samsung Support and they said that there are ways to get into people's accounts on the servers without any PlayStore information. It's been happening for over 5 days now and already Level 120 and don't want to start a new game. Anybody please HELP me!

    Does any of this apply? (Obiously just replace iOS with your operatig system.


    A) a family member plays on the iOS device without you knowing it
    B) you gave your gamecenter password to a friend who used it to load your game
    C) you gave your gamecenter password to one of those 3rd party gem sites
    D) you logged onto a friends iOS device to play at one point, thinking logging out of gamecenter or deleting the app will prevent them from playing it (it doesn't)
    E) you sold/traded/gave away an iOS device you had once played the game on without doing a factory reset and they still have access to your CoC village.
    F) a friend logged in with a clean gamecenter answered the prompts and transferred your village to their GC, and loaded it on their device later (if your village wasn't attached to your own gamecenter)
    G) Someone sent you a "Free" account - while logging into this new gamecenter you actually transfer you village to this empty gamecenter account and they can then load it on their device. (If your village wasn't attached to your own gamecenter)


    If it's your little brother playing, it's easy to solve, if it's an ex-best friend who can now play your game, there are not a lot of options.

    Email Support, either through In-game if you can get on, or through their email found on the Support Site. They will ban the account until they can verify the real user of the Account. It is called a Verification Ban, pretty popular nowadays actually. Just search it in the Forums, been several threads like this one in the past week

    Stop saying "these" kinds of answers...at least be helpful. Like someone said check if anyone in your family/friends can log onto your account on your device or a different one. From what i seen its usually someone you know just trolling you or messing around. Change your passcode on your device and check if there is a coc on family members devices.     Did you, at any point in time, give even a hint of your login info out so that a soul on Earth other than you knows, or could have guessed your username and/ or password?
