Let us use elixir to build level 6 wall!

The so called correction to stop the ability to use elixir to upgrade to level 6 walls was a mistake. Now my elixir is useless until upgrade to level 8 town hall. Seriously considering quitting the game entirely over this mistake. Have now been stuck for a week unable to make further upgrades before next attack. Because no way to spend elixir it just brings on attacks. Frustration now outweighs fun of playing.

You're only a th6. t isnt hard to grind out walls. You could do like 2+ a raid barching inactives...

It destroyed the elixir economy, which meant new Th7s & 8s had little or no elixir to find (raids with 200k gold and 50k elixir become common, while the opposite was true before), so troops could not be upgraded, so bases that were weaker and held less had to be raided, slowing the gold intake, meaning the progress was at a near standstill.

I'm also at th6 BUT I DON'T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH MY ELIXIR AND MY WALL!!!!!!!!

I usually dump them at:

1. Troops for Rading
2. Laboratory
3. Building upgrades that uses elixir.

And I can also easily farm gold through raiding.

I totally agree with OP! Let's add this idea so that higher town halls can suffer from an elixir drought again!
