Good farming base and attack strategy: HELP!

currently im looking for a good farming base and farming attack strategy. I just dont know how to get all the gold and elixer from people and then at the same time you also have to protect your base very well. It's just too difficult. Does anyone know how to get alot of money (and elixer) a day??? plz help me

well acctually: i just dont know how to farm...

I use 10-12 giants
10-12 wall breakers (but usually don't use them all for one battle )
and rest goblins , barbarians and archers
4 wizards ( sometimes )
and some minions (4-5)
and barbarian king
my trophy range is always between 1200-1400
and my town hall is outside because after each attack I get 12 hours shield and protect my resources from strong players
by this method i get 4-6 million gold a day in town hall 8
and i've nearly maxed out everything

I farm using 94 arch 90 barb 8 wb all lvl 5. I target bases with full collectors or unprotected storages or any th7. I deplo waves of barbs and arch. My trophies are usually around 1800.
