multiple builders and date of upgrade finish

MY idea or rather ideas is to have the option to put more builders than just one on a upgrade to make a smaller upgrade time. Like the time gets cut in half for every extra builder on the upgrade site. My other idea is to have a date that is displayed next to the upgrade saying the time and date of the upgrade finish.
