Spell Factory and Spell Storage?

Spells take forever. 3 hours 45 minutes for GoWiPe spells. Spells take the most time of your army to make. I was think we have a Spell storage to store Spells and 2 Spell Factories to make Spells.

Supercell has already reduced the wait time of heroes.
Now it's time to do the same with spells!

I remember when it took about 1 hour for a lightning spell some years ago xD
Was crazy. ^^
