Upgrade times

I'm sure a lot of people would agree with me here. The lab seems to be the biggest holdup when it comes to maxing out a base. Can we please shorten upgrade times slightly? I mean really, 8 days for level 2 hogs? Is that really necessary. I have been a max town hall 8 for a few weeks and I still have over a month of lab upgrades to do. This makes the game stagnant and not even fun. I'm losing my interest in playing the game which directly affects Super cell in my willingness to spend money on gems. Upgrade times in the lab are too long. Enough said.

Yes, you can feel free to look at my base. I've slowly maxed everything out, like one should. Except I still have a lot of dark upgrades to do in the lab because lab upgrades are wayyyy to long

Perhaps there could be a "Boost" for the Labs just like there is for Collectors/Mines for a day. You could boost the upgrades with a few gems & then the research will proceed with a double speed for a day.

The upgrades in the lab are fine, as I see it. The problem is now TH7's & TH8's have one more dark elixir drill. Those who came before you did not. My advice would be to go ahead and go to TH9 as you will have plenty of time to do the dark barracks troops there. After you finish your walls, of course. There are only 5 regular barrack troop upgrades to do there. You will finish with elixir well before gold and dark elixir at TH9.

I agree, hogs were nerfed several times but the cost and upgrade times haven't changed to reflect that. Like how the heroes were eventually given lower regen times after their nerf

Yes yes indeed. I'm not asking for a lot, just slightly less upgrade times. They are borderline ridiculous long. Sure Super cell wants us to continue playing this game and spending money for years but there comes a point when the game gets stagnant and boring and that's where I'm at now. I mean "max," by stating I have all structures completely maxed out, I cannot upgrade anything else besides those pesky lab upgrades. I still have a few level 8 walls (black skull) but those will still all be done well before all my lab upgrades are done..
