☢ No rushed out bases
☢ Min. Friends InNeed: Completed
☢ Min. Donation: 800+ troops/season (Request as much as you want)
BANNING PROTOCOLS:
☮ Using farming troops for war attacks
☮ Not using BOTH war attacks
☮ Intolerable attitudes and actions
☮ Minimum donations not met
