Remove donated troops XP in the base level

Please remove the additional XP gained when donating troops. The base level should depend only on the troops and buildings. It should not consider the amount of troops donated. There is no point of giving XP when donating troops.

Its an incentive to donate and its fine the way it is, not even sure why you felt the need to want to change it.

You are correct that it is insensitive to donate. But if your member is not donating any troops to your clan, you can just kick him.
I'm just emphasizing that a low level town hall can become Level 100 with many troop donations. I think the base level should be a measurement of how strong your troops and buildings are, and not a measurement of how many troops you have donated.

A low level townhall being level 100 doesnt affect anything though? Its not hurting anyone he/she earned being level 100

What good is XP anyway? It isn't like you unlock anything important or gain special abilities when you level up. Only meaning it has is a rough kinda-sorta gauge of base development. You can subtract most of the superfluous XP by looking at thier achievement records. Troop donation XP is an easy one to figure out. The obstacles cleared and especially Town Halls wrecked XP are harder to figure out and would just have to guess. And it isn't even a good gauge at that! You can have low level resource buildings, and have a level lower than someone weaker than you. Doing the math to figure out thier real base strength on XP/level takes more work than just looking at the base itself.

It's not hurting anyone. I just want to separate how strong your base and troops are from the troops donated.
Troops donated is already there in the accomplishments. But you cannot see the true level of your base depending on your troops and buildings.

My only point is, I just want to compare my base to other players depending on my troops and buildings. For example there is a war, I want to see if my total buildings and troops is stronger/weaker than my enemy clan.

I dont think troop upgrades go toward Level (XP wise)
