Can changing device get an account back?

Before the mods transfer this post to another sub forum, this isnt a troubleshoot thread. Just read the whole thing first.

So when i woke up this morning and tried to log on to coc it's stuck on the loading screen and the pink loading meter isnt loading. Fortunately I'm going to buy an iphone 6+ later today so i was wondering if i use my Apple ID and get coc on my new iphone can i log on to the same account?

(It's not loading on my ipad 2 at the moment. I tried all the stuff on the ios troubleshoot thread but it didnt work)

So, I'll make a thread on troubleshoot sub forum for help but if i can get it to work on my new iphone I'd be ok with just playing on my phone. In short, does anyone know if i can log back on to my account if i log in from a completely brand new device with my same apple id? Thanks

so your GC will get back ur account when you log into that same GC on the new device

On ur new iPhone 6 sign into Game Center from the account and it will load when u download COC on the phone.
