    A little bit annoyed

    I attempted to contact supercell via their help button inside the game about a month ago. I tried again two weeks ago, but still no response. My message read (Or close to this, it was 2 weeks ago): "I have been playing the game for a while now, and my phones battery randomly gave out. I had it connected to the game center, but it wasn't showing any achievements, which I found strange, and now I realize that it wasn't connected at all. My village is called *Hondly* from the clan called Gralock. If you could help that would be great, and possibly fix this game bug also. Thanks - Hondly" I also left my email, and I still have no response. Can a mod or someone help me out?

    You're not being as clear as possible and they process a lot of tickets. When forming a paragraph always lead with a simple sentence that explains everything then only follow with the important details.. Like this.

    I've lost my village and I need your help to recover it. <Only the important details> (List any gem purchases)

    Current wait time is about 5-8 weeks or so, usually around 6. Although from what I have heard Perry, the automated response system, usally replies with unrelated info.

    Yep.You report someone who's trading his account. You'll receive this.YAY! Thanks Chief.Trading accounts is against the ToS(Something like that).Supercell shouldn't cansend us automated replies.Please look into it.

    I had a query last week regarding gem purchase and was responded to twice within 24 hours neither message was automated. Keep trying mate. Good luck.

    Okay, thanks guys, and I did forget to mention that I have spent over 250$ on this game.
