It appears you have been thinking about this troop and trying to develop it better but kinda ridiculous to start a new thread over and over again for same troop.
Criticism of troop/idea
This troop is obviously too weak and would never be used with current specs.
Look at current troops and compare dps, health, unit space, cost etc to help establish a viable troop.

I posted a survey for the troop without full stats to help me decide its
Dps, hs, cost, etc. I never posted a third time. And I did compare other troops, and remember these are stats for the troop at lvl 1.
