how do i know why i was banned, so i don't get banned again?

I went to turn the game on this morning, and found I was banned for 2 days... ♥♥♥ did I do? I never chat in global and I know that my clan wouldn't report me.. So how do I know what happened.. As a member who has spent a good amount of money on this free to play game, I think that I and anyone else receiving a ban, should at least get to know why.. This is not how a good company treats it psaying costumers.

Normally on the loading screens to say something about inappropriate layout, clan description, etc. Nothing you can do besides wAIt two days and makes ure you don't have any inappropriate things in your clan or base.

Call me crazy, but if you didn't put something offensive up in the first place you wouldn't need to get in and change it.

What did the pop up say ? It should give you some general idea...... Are you a co leader in a clan?

Point is, you don't have to put anything offensive in. One of your co's can do it for you! So, if you don't check your description every second of every day you to can get banned without warning. And you won't be able to change an offensive description you were not even aware of because, as you guessed, you are banned.

We issued a warning to the clan regarding this issue and I hope that's enough. Supercell is banning all leaders and coleaders for offensive clan description. Anyone having vulgar messages in their walls during war is getting banned if reported also. Supercell doesn't care if they lose customers at all. So it's best to warn your clan mates before it happens or you may have half your coleaders quit playing over a silly little message.

My 'clan' only consists of my own accounts, so I doubt I'll be banned.
