Revenge is a broken mechanic which very rarely is profitable and many players don't even attempt it at all anymore since nobody is ever available. So don't even bring it up if you have an ounce of sense.

Supercell don't fix it because they want to appeal to all kinds of players, includeing cowardly zappers. Which in this game there are a lot. Put your town hall inside so can only zapped once per raid, then just deal with it. Also supercell do care about MONEY because they are a business they have to profit from this game. However I think they are pretty good at giving the community most of what we want.
