I don't even know that your idea is. But whatever it is, if people are not getting into it then people are not getting into it. You just have to accept that as your answer and move on.

If everything angers you then you will spend your entire life being angry.
If everything pains you then you will spend your entire life in pain.

I was referring to a different idea, which was related to your statement, and needed a reference point.

Stupid posts attracts people like moths to a flame. They might get more post but it's not positive ones. Plus people tend to avoid long posts because there's too much to read

History is filled with artists that worked forever on a painting or composers that labored over a piece, only to not have it catch the public fancy. (yet comic books, and What Does The Fox Say are big sellers) Mickey Spillane outsold Charles ♥♥♥♥ens. Its just the nature of the beast. I think the OP is incorrectly assuming that if he worked hard on something people owe it to him to be into it.

Edit - Aww geeez. Charles D.i.c.kens. For Crissake guys, overly paranoid with the sensor! I can't very well call him Charles Richardens can I?

I think I said something similar about 'stupid posts' attracting attention, but used a different term. It's in my long post... uh somewhere... I remember mentioning something along those lines...

Honestly, I don't know how I make long posts at all. In school I was painfully slow at reading, and like hell I could write a 500 word paper on anything for class. Now I write 700+ posts every now and then, and on a mobile device!

As for post length, I can easily empathize with TL-DR. But when posting an idea, even simple stuff can get wordy. You'll wind up typing out long comments or many short ones anyway as people with opinions and prejudices put thier own spin on the idea, and you have to detail why some things are they way you have it.

    Thumbs Up Its ok

I've made quite a few ideas before:

Of those 4 ideas, some I still wish I had views. If you take a look at some of them, I worked quite hard; just or even more harder than your idea about new buildings. Of course, this happens. We won't always get the amount of views we want. Its ok.
