Clans r alloted on sweet victory. If u r in separate clan then ur friend or u need to increase ur trophies so that during rotation you n ur friend can be in same clan

Yea like Yash said it's based on sweet victory. I checked to see if it was close, but in this case it's over 600 trophy difference between you guys. you would really need to push up in trophies and maybe there is chance you both goto FE2.
