Clan organization. Chat, messages, accept new members etc..

Hello everyone,

I am a huge fan of this game and I'm the leader of my clan. I think that there's some work to do to help all the clan's leaders to organize their clan (members). Since the strategy and the concept of ''clans'' are central in this game it would be nice to ameliorate them.


1- It would be great if we could send individual messages to the members of the clan, by creating an individual mailbox for example. Sometimes you want to say something negative to someone but you don't want to do it in front of everyone.

2- The messages we can send to all the clan at the same time are very limited. There's a maximum of characters and if I want to explain a strategy or simply translate my message to another language so all members can understand, well, I can't.

3- There's also the problem that all member in the clan can accept new members. This is not good for all chief and co-chief, it doesn't help them to manage the clan and the number of members. This should be the privilege of the chief and co-chief.

4- There's also not enough ranks in a clan. You always finish by giving the rank of Elder to everyone so at least they have a rank and they are happy. It would be great to add more rank and maybe to give the chief the power to create new ones and rename them. It will help to establish a structure in a clan.

5- Finally, about clan wars, there should be a way for the chief and him only to not permit the participation of a member to a war. Sometimes you are members that for a reason cannot play for some time. I should be able to exclude them from participating to war. You could limits the number of members that can be exclude or simply associate a rank that doesn't give you the right to participate.

I think they are all good idea and I hope that some of them will be part of the next updates. Thank you.

1- I know but I don't know personally everyone in my clan and it would be nice to have this function included in the game
2- I don't kick players because they did a mistake. I talk to them before and I try to give them advice or warning.
3- You can create a mail account... but again it would be nice to include it in the game. Again I don't know all my members and I prefer to talk to them in this game only.
4- Well it is nice to have a rank in a clan. it adds to the fun. And again why elders can accept new people ? this responsability should be given to co and chiefs.

I agree, but the private chat between elders or cos, is ruled out sorry. Use kik or just the regular clan chat.

How do u get a developers version of clash of clans

Improved clan communication is needed. The ability to message an individual who is not on often is needed. This game relying on clans using external communication apps is evidence of a major problem.

External communication ion apps may be great for clans full of members who can use them, but it is too hard for some, especially for those who are only casually into the game..
