    New Achievement - Max My Level

    I have been thinking of interesting new achievements, how about one that you can receive XP and Gems for completely maxing out everything for a specific TH level? You could receive this achievement at anytime (i.e. you could get the TH8 gems at TH9 once you have maxed everything (including heroes and walls) for the TH 8 level).

    I think this would give some incentive to max everything for a level and produce more well rounded players, bases, and troops.

    Thoughts?

    Honestly, I don't thinking maxing a level is as big a deal as everyone makes it out to be. I think this would punish players that don't feel the need to max, more than it would reward players who do feel the need to max.

    Maxing a level is its own reward, because it takes a heck of a lot of patience. Either you're waiting for days for collectors and mines to upgrade, or you're just grinding walls, or something like that. I've only had the patience to do it once (fully max, including walls). I've almost maxed several times, but I usually had at least a few unimportant upgrades left (a couple collectors, maybe a couple dozen walls that weren't protecting critical assets anyway, etc.)

    I don't think it would punish anyone... I think that it would give reward for those that have the patience. Why not give a badge to those of us that have the patience to fully max.

    Benefit for those who max... and nothing for those who don't. I am not suggesting they take functionality away or take anything away for those that don't max everything.

    This would't be a fair achievement because maxing out a TH level isn't necessarily the correct thing to do. Its a style of playing the game. Some people max others don't. You can't reward some for have a certain style of playing the game and not others just because they simply chose to play a different way. I also believe that SC gives us enough free gems through achievements and obstacles and we don't need anymore.

    I disagree.

    You shouldn't have achievements for playing a certain way. Just because most people on the forum like to max things doesn't mean it is the only/best way to play. Plus if everyone was maxing it would make it even harder for th9/10 to farm loot due to no low level bases.

    If your going to give gems for maxing I would propose gems for having 5 different levels of archer towers at the same time as this is another way somebody could play.

    Why not make it for reaching levels, such as 25, 50, and 100 or something like that. First two are low hanging fruit for people starting out. The third one rewards longevity without being crazy high.

    Im up for this, also make some troops available when you reach a certain level. Otherwise what's the point of experience points other than just being a number.

    Better achievement idea.
    But 25 is a bit high, maybe 15 because majority of the achievements start with a very easy objective (like 10 000 gold stolen for Gold Grab)

    To be fair... there are plenty of achievements that already promote a specific type of game play. Gold Grab, Elixir Escapade, and Heroic Heist promote farming and looting. War Hero & Spoils of War promote being in clans and participating in Wars and I doubt you or anyone else that has responded have issues with those achievements.
